You must have proven experience working as a Designer / Web Designer with an impressive portfolio of work! Team Management experience is also required. You should be an expert with Adobe, Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash and Dreamweaver. You also need to have good understanding of W3C guidelines and knowledge of developing a website with XHTML and CSS. Ideally your web design experience will have been gained in an agency environment. You must be able to demonstrate team management skills. Any experience with ActionScript would be advantageous.
